We stand behind our product.  However order fulfillment corrections may need to be made.  In that case...

 

• we will except exchanges made within 3 days of order receipt. 

• There are no refunds.

• We will not under any circumstance refund shipping or purchase price.

• Customer must ship order back within 72 hours of receipt.

• No exchanges will be processed for unbounded hair or hair that has been unraveled from band, curl pattern altered or appears to be washed.
